Right so this one's for the cookie lovers.
Not biscuit people. Cookie people. There's a difference. Biscuit people are happy with a digestible and a cuppa. Cookie people? Cookie people want crunch and cream and chocolate and that slightly addictive thing Oreos have where you can't eat just one.
I'm a cookie person clearly.
This cake came about because someone asked for something their kids would actually get excited about.
Fair enough. Kids love Oreos. Adults love Oreos if we're honest. So I thought right let's make an Oreo cake but make it proper. Not just crushed biscuits on top of a normal cake. That's cheating. Wanted Oreo in every bite.
Here's what we landed on.
Chocolate sponge first. Nice and dark. Damp. Not too thick because there's a lot going on. Then the buttercream. Now this bit's important. It's vanilla buttercream but with crushed Oreos mixed through. Not just a few. Loads. So every bit of frosting has little crunchy bits in it. Then between the layers? More crushed Oreos. Because why not.
Then we do it again. Sponge. Oreo buttercream. Crushed Oreos. Sponge. Oreo buttercream. Until we run out.
On top we go all out.
Smooth Oreo buttercream all over. Then a ring of whole Oreos round the edge if there's room. Or half Oreos standing up. Depends how many I've got left. Then more crushed biscuits in the middle. Sometimes a drizzle of white chocolate to make it look fancy.
Then the whole thing gets a good press of crushed Oreos round the sides so it looks proper finished.
Who's buying this one?
Kids' birthdays obviously. Goes down very well.
Teenagers. Something about Oreos hits different for that age group.
Students. Had a uni group order one for a flatmate and they sent photos of them all diving in.
Honestly? Grown men. Dads. Lads. They see Oreo and they're in.
Someone ordered it for a movie night once which I thought was genius.
If you're in Bromley you can order online and come grab it whenever. Or if you want it delivered local just drop us a message. Couple days notice is ideal especially if you want the full Oreo ring decoration because I need to make sure I've got enough biscuits in stock.
One thing I should mention. It's got quite a bit of crunch from all the crushed biscuits. Not like eating rocks obviously. Just little bits throughout. If you want it smoother I can do less Oreo in the buttercream. Just let me know.
Also the Oreos on top might go a bit soft if you keep it more than a day.
Still taste fine. Just not as crunchy. Best eaten within a day or two. Not that it'll last that long honestly.
Right. That's the Oreo one done.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.

Delivery is available within 2 hours of placing your order. Please select a delivery slot at checkout and ensure you provide the correct contact number for our driver.
