Right. So this is a bit different from our usual stuff.
Mostly I bake. That's the thing. But people keep asking for balloons to go with cakes. For parties. For birthdays. For photos. So yeah. I do balloons now as well. Not baked obviously. That would be weird. Just supplied.
This one's a big number zero.
Massive actually. 34 inches. That's nearly three feet. Proper statement piece. You want people to notice the age? This'll do it.
What you need to know.
It's foil. Not latex. Foil lasts longer. Looks shinier. Stays up for weeks if you look after it. Not days. Weeks.
Number zero. Obviously. Good for 10th, 20th, 30th, however many zeros you need. 40th. 50th. 100th even. Works for anything ending in zero really.
Comes helium inflated. Ready to go. Floating. No messing about with pumps and all that. Just pick it up and take it to your party.
Bit about helium.
Helium's funny stuff. Temperature affects it. Cold makes it shrink a bit. Heat makes it expand. If it's a freezing cold day when you collect it might look a bit sad. Give it time to warm up. It'll sort itself out.
Float time is good though. Weeks like I said. Not like latex balloons that give up after a day.
How long will it last?
Honestly? Depends where you keep it. Indoors, away from drafts, not in direct sun? Could be three weeks easy. Maybe more.
Outdoors? Wind, sun, all that? Less. But still longer than latex.
Can I get it without helium?
Yeah if you want. Maybe you're decorating a wall or something. Just select the option. I'll send it flat and you can sort it yourself. Bit cheaper obviously.
When should I order?
Give me a couple days notice if you can. Helium's not always easy to get. Sometimes I've got loads. Sometimes I'm waiting on a delivery. Few days notice means I can make sure it's ready.
If you're in a panic message anyway. Might be fine. Might not. I'll tell you straight.
Collection or delivery?
You can collect from the shop. Bring a big car if you're getting a few. These are massive. Won't fit in a tiny car easily.
Or I can deliver with your cake order. Same day. Saves you coming twice. Just let me know.
One thing to mention.
Balloons float. Obviously. But if you're taking it outside on a windy day hold on tight. They want to escape. Don't let them.
Right. That's the big zero done.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
