Right. This one’s for the Biscoff fanatics.
You know that addictive caramelised biscuit flavour – the one that comes in those little packets on planes, and now in spread form that people eat by the spoonful? Yeah. This cake is basically a love letter to Biscoff. A soft vanilla sponge, layers of Biscoff buttercream, a glossy Biscoff drip, and crushed Lotus biscuits everywhere. And it’s a tower – two or three tiers of pure caramelised goodness.
Someone asked me a while back: “can you make a Biscoff tower cake for my mum’s 60th? She puts Biscoff spread on toast every morning. We live in Grove Park.”
I said yeah, course. I made a two‑tier vanilla cake, filled it with Biscoff buttercream, poured a warm Biscoff drip over the top, and covered it in crushed Lotus biscuits. She didn’t want to cut it – just kept saying “it’s beautiful.” That’s a win.
So here it is: Lotus Biscoff Tower Cake – available for delivery and collection across Bromley, Downham, Grove Park, Sydenham, Catford & Bellingham.
It’s a two‑tier tower cake (or three – just ask). Feeds 10–20 people depending on size. Perfect for a milestone birthday, Biscoff lover’s celebration, coffee morning, office party, or any time you want that spiced, caramelised, crunchy‑creamy Biscoff magic.
What’s in it?
Sponge – light vanilla or buttery brown sugar. Vanilla lets the Biscoff shine. Brown sugar adds a deeper caramel note – your choice.
Filling – a generous layer of Biscoff buttercream (buttercream whipped with smooth Lotus Biscoff spread). Creamy, spiced, and absolutely moreish.
The Biscoff crunch – crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits between the layers and pressed into the sides.
Frosting – more Biscoff buttercream on the outside, then a glossy warm Biscoff drip cascading down the top tier.
The look – a tower of caramelised goodness, with whole Biscoff biscuits standing up on top and a sprinkle of crunchy crumbs.

Can I get a different type of Biscoff?
Yes. You can have Biscoff crunchy spread (with bits) instead of smooth, or even the white chocolate Biscoff. Just tell me.
Can I add a message or name?
Course. “Happy 60th Mum”, “Biscoff Queen”, “Coffee Time” – I’ll pipe it in white or caramel on the side.
Can I get a chocolate version?
I can do a chocolate sponge with Biscoff buttercream – the chocolate and Biscoff work really well together. Just ask.
How much notice?
Few days if you can. A week is better for a tower cake. Order online or message me – I’ll be honest.

One thing to mention…
The Biscoff drip is soft – it won’t set hard like chocolate. It stays a little gooey, which is how it should be. The crushed biscuits might lose a bit of crunch after a day, but the flavour is still amazing. Best eaten within 24‑48 hours.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
