Right. This one’s for the fans who like their K‑Pop a little… darker.
You know the vibe. Not the cute, bubblegum pop. The dramatic, powerful, almost gothic stuff. Groups like Dreamcatcher. Maybe you’re into anime like Demon Slayer too. Or you just love the idea of a cake that says “I’m cute but I will also hunt demons.”
Someone asked me a while back: “can you do a cake that mixes K‑Pop and dark fantasy? My bias is in a dark concept. Lots of black, silver, maybe a cross or a sword.”
I said yeah, course. Took a bit of thinking. Made a black velvet cake (black cocoa – tastes like Oreo), silver buttercream, and a little silver cross/dagger combo. She screamed. That’s a win.
So here it is: K‑Pop Demon Hunter Cake – available at our Bromley bakery.
It’s a round cake, about 7 or 8 inches. Feeds 6–10 people. Perfect for a K‑Pop themed birthday, anime/gaming party, or anyone who loves the darker side of K‑Pop.
What’s in it?
Sponge – black velvet. It’s like red velvet but darker – uses black cocoa powder. Tastes like dark chocolate Oreo. Or you can choose regular chocolate or vanilla if you prefer.
Frosting – silver or black buttercream. Smooth, dramatic. Sometimes I do a silver drip over black – looks amazing.
The demon hunter details – a silver cross, a tiny dagger, or a pentacle (if that’s your thing). All made of fondant or piped icing.
The K‑Pop twist – maybe a silver music note, or your bias group’s logo (simple version), or “Scream” (if you’re a Dreamcatcher fan).
Around the sides – black and silver stripes, edible silver stars, or dripping “blood” (red ganache) if you want it really dramatic.
It’s a cake for people who want their K‑Pop with a side of gothic elegance.
Who buys this?
K‑Pop dark concept fans – Dreamcatcher, PinkFantasy, etc.
Anime/Demon Slayer fans – works for that too.
Gothic birthday cake – 16th, 18th, 21st, 30th.
Halloween cake – but make it K‑Pop.

Can I get a specific group’s logo?
Try me. Dreamcatcher’s logo is tricky but I can do a simplified version. Send me a picture. I’ll see.
Can I add a name or bias name?
Course. “Jiu” or “Yoohyeon” or “Siyeon” – I’ll pipe it on the side in silver.
Different flavour?
Yeah. Red velvet, lemon, strawberry – whatever.

One thing to mention…
The silver and black colours are edible – no weird taste. The dagger/cross is fondant – edible but hard. You might want to keep it as a little souvenir.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
