Right. This one’s tiny. And adorable.
You know what’s a big deal? A baby’s first tooth. It’s not a birthday. It’s not a holiday. But when that little white dot appears, parents lose their minds. Rightly so. It’s a milestone. And it deserves cake.
Someone asked me a while back: “can you make a tiny cake for my baby’s first tooth? Something cute. Maybe a little tooth on top.”
I said yeah, course. Made a small round cake, vanilla sponge, buttercream, and a little fondant tooth on top. She cried. The baby tried to grab it. That’s a win.
So here it is: First Tooth Cake – available at our Bromley bakery.
It’s a small cake, about 4 or 5 inches. Feeds about 2–4 people – perfect for a little family celebration. Or just the parents. No judgement if you don’t share with the baby.
What’s in it?
Sponge – vanilla or banana. Banana is great for babies – soft, sweet, natural. But vanilla works too.
Frosting – a thin layer of whipped cream or light buttercream. Not too sweet. Easy for little hands (if they get to it).
The tooth – a cute little fondant tooth on top. White, shiny, with a tiny smile. Or just a plain tooth – you decide.
The message – “First Tooth” piped on the side. Or “Look what I found” – something silly.
Around the sides – maybe a few tiny stars or little tooth‑shaped sprinkles.
It’s small, it’s sweet, and it’s a fun way to celebrate something that usually comes with teething pain and sleepless nights. You deserve cake.
Who buys this?
First tooth cake – parents celebrating their baby’s milestone.
Baby milestone cake – also for first steps, first word, etc.
Small family celebration – just mum, dad, and baby.
Baby shower? No, that’s before the tooth. But you could.
Honestly? Parents who need an excuse to eat cake. And that’s valid.
Can I get a different flavour?
Yeah. Chocolate, banana, or strawberry – baby‑friendly flavours. Let me know if you want something else.
Can I add the baby’s name?
Course. I’ll pipe it on the side. “Leo’s First Tooth” etc.
Can I make it bigger?
If you’re having a party with grandparents etc., I can do a 6‑inch cake. Just message me.
How much notice?
Few days is fine. It’s a small cake. Order online or message me – I’ll be honest.
Collection or delivery?
Collect from our Bromley shop or local delivery if you're nearby.
One thing to mention…
The fondant tooth is edible but hard. Probably best to take it off before giving any cake to the baby. Also the cake is soft – perfect for little fingers. But let’s be honest, the parents will eat most of it.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.

All orders must be paid for in advance. We do not accept cash on delivery.
