Right. This one’s for the gamers.
You know who you are. You’ve spent hours trying to get that one star. You’ve shouted “it’s a me, Mario” at least once. You definitely have a favourite power‑up (mine’s the Super Star).
Someone asked me a while back: “can you do a Mario cake for my son’s birthday? He’s obsessed.”
I said yeah, course. Made a round cake, red buttercream, little mushrooms, gold coins. He loved it. But then someone else asked for a photo on top – their kid’s face next to Mario. And I thought, oh that’s even better.
So here it is: Super Mario Photo Drip Birthday Cake – available at our Bromley bakery.
It’s a round cake, about 7 or 8 inches. Feeds 6–10 people. Perfect for a gaming birthday party or any Mario fan.
What’s in it?
Sponge – vanilla or chocolate. Your choice.
Buttercream – smooth, not too sweet.
The drip – coloured chocolate drip round the edge. Red, green, yellow – whatever Mario colour you want.
On top – an edible photo of your child (or whoever) with a Mario background. Plus little Mario decorations – mushrooms, stars, gold coins, maybe a tiny Yoshi.
Around the sides – more little decorations or piped stars.
The edible photo is printed with food colouring on rice paper. Safe to eat. Looks like a sticker but it’s not – it melts in your mouth.
Who buys this?
Mario birthday cake for kids who love Nintendo.
Gaming themed cake – not just Mario, but I can do other characters too.
Photo cake – people love seeing their kid’s face on a cake.
Surprise cakes – you order it, they see their face next to Mario, they lose their mind.
Honestly? Grown‑up gamers too. No judgement.
Can I get a different character?
Yeah. Luigi, Yoshi, Princess Peach, Toad – just tell me. Same price. Different photo? Send me the picture. Needs to be clear, not blurry. I’ll do my best.
Different flavour?
Course. Red velvet, lemon, strawberry – whatever. Just ask.
How much notice?
Week or two if you can. The edible photo needs printing and posting to me. So don’t leave it till the day before. Order online or message me – I’ll be honest.
Collection or delivery?
Collect from our Bromley shop or local delivery if you're nearby.
One thing to mention…
The edible photo is fine to eat but don’t leave it in a hot car. The colours can run. Also the little Mario decorations are made of sugar or chocolate – they’re edible but a bit hard. Some people keep them as a souvenir.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.

Delivery is available within 2 hours of placing your order. Please select a delivery slot at checkout and ensure you provide the correct contact number for our driver.
