Right. This one’s for when you want something exactly how you want it.
You’ve seen my other cakes – the rosettes, the drips, the Ferreros. They’re great. But sometimes you have your own idea. A specific colour. A favourite flavour. A message that only means something to you. That’s where custom comes in. And in a square shape – because squares are neat, modern, and slice into perfect portions.
Someone asked me a while back: “can you make a cake that’s square, lemon flavour, with blue frosting and a photo of my dog?”
I said yeah, course. Made a lemon square cake, blue buttercream, and an edible photo of a very good boy. She cried. The dog didn’t get any cake, but he tried. That’s a win.
So here it is: Custom Square Cake – available at our Bromley bakery.
It’s a square cake, about 7 inches. Feeds 6–10 people. You tell me what you want, and I’ll make it happen.
What can you customise?
Sponge – vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, strawberry, carrot, even gluten‑free or vegan (just ask).
Frosting – buttercream, cream cheese, whipped cream. Any colour you like. Pink, blue, green, rainbow – you name it.
Filling – jam, curd, ganache, fresh fruit, caramel – whatever your heart desires.
Decoration – piped rosettes, chocolate drip, sprinkles, edible pearls, fresh fruit, a piped message.
Photo cake – I can put an edible photo on top. Your face, your kid’s face, your dog’s face – anyone.
Theme – birthday, anniversary, graduation, retirement, “just because” – no judgement.
The only limit is my skill and your imagination. (And physics. I can’t make a cake float. Tried.)
Who buys this?
Birthday cake – make it personal.
Anniversary cake – recreate your wedding cake, but square.
Graduation cake – school colours, diploma, inside joke.
Retirement cake – their favourite hobby or a funny photo.
Surprise cake – they’ll never expect it.
Just because – because you want a cake that’s yours.

Send me a message. Tell me what you want. I’ll let you know if it’s possible and how much it will cost. Then I’ll make it.
How much notice?
At least a week for custom designs. More if it’s complicated or needs a photo. Order online or message me – I’ll be honest.
Collection or delivery?
Collect from our Bromley shop or local delivery if you're nearby.
One thing to mention…
Custom cakes take time. Don’t leave it till the day before. Also, I’m not a factory – handmade means slight imperfections, but that’s the charm.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.
Vanilla sponge eggless:

Vanilla cream:
Water, fully and partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm kernel), dextrose, sugar, milk proteins, emulsifiers (polysorbate 60, mono – and diglycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin), acidity regulators (trisodium citrate, disodium phosphate), stabilisers (calcium chloride, methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), gelling agent (sodium alginate), flavouring, colour (beta-carotene).
Chocolate Truffle:

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.

Delivery is available within 2 hours of placing your order. Please select a delivery slot at checkout and ensure you provide the correct contact number for our driver.

All orders must be paid for in advance. We do not accept cash on delivery.
