Someone asked me a while back: “can you make Raffaello cupcakes but with chocolate sponge? I love the truffles but I also need chocolate. We’re in Grove Park.”
I said yeah, course. I made a dark chocolate cupcake, hollowed out a little well, filled it with white chocolate coconut ganache, then topped it with a coconut buttercream and a whole Raffaello truffle. She said they were dangerous. That’s a win.

They come in boxes of 6 or 12. Perfect for a birthday, coffee morning, office treat, gift for a coconut lover, or any time you want a cupcake that’s a little bit fancy.
What’s in them?
The sponge – rich dark chocolate. Our proper one – deep, moist, proper chocolate taste. Not too sweet, because the topping is plenty sweet.
The filling – a hidden pocket of white chocolate coconut ganache (white chocolate, cream, and a touch of coconut). You bite into the cupcake and get a gooey, creamy surprise.
The frosting – smooth coconut buttercream, lightly sweet, with a hint of vanilla. I pipe it in a tall swirl.
The Raffaello touch – a crunchy toasted coconut sprinkle on top of the frosting, plus a whole Raffaello truffle (the real one) sitting on top like a little crown.
The look – dark chocolate cupcake, white coconut frosting, and a gold‑wrapped truffle. They look as good as they taste.

Can I get a different nut on top?
The Raffaello truffle has an almond inside – if you’re allergic, I can skip the truffle and just do extra coconut and white chocolate curls.

How many do I need?
A box of 6 is good for a small gathering. A box of 12 is perfect for an office or a party.

One thing to mention…
The Raffaello truffle on top is real – it can melt in a hot car, so keep the cupcakes cool. Best eaten within 2‑3 days. The coconut buttercream is soft and dreamy – not too sweet.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
