Here's what you're getting.
Light sponge first. Made with actual pistachios ground into it. Not flavouring. Not essence. Real nuts. So it's got this subtle green colour that's totally natural. No artificial stuff here. Then the pistachio buttercream. This bit's the magic. Smooth. Creamy. Not too sweet. Packed with that nutty flavour that's just... moreish. You know when you keep going back for one more bite? That.
Between the layers? Nothing fancy. Just more of that beautiful buttercream. Let the pistachio do the talking.
On top we go generous.
More pistachio buttercream. Smooth. Then a proper handful of crushed pistachios sprinkled over. Lots of them. Not just a tiny pinch round the edge like you're being stingy. We cover it. So every bite gets that little bit of crunch.

One thing I should mention. The pistachio flavour is proper. It's subtle. It's nutty. It's not that bright green synthetic taste you get from cheap stuff. This is the real deal. So if you're expecting something really intense and artificial you might be surprised. But if you want actual pistachio taste? Yeah. This is it.
Also the crushed nuts on top might fall off a bit.
That's normal. They're not glued on. Just happens. If you want extra I can always throw some in a little bag for you to add yourself. Just ask.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
