Someone asked me a while back: “can you do a mixed box of cupcakes for my office? Everyone likes different things. We’re in Catford.”
I said yeah, course. I made a batch of vanilla, a batch of chocolate, and a few red velvet, then topped them with matching buttercream. They were gone in twenty minutes. That’s a win.

They come in boxes of 6, 12, or 24. Perfect for a birthday party, office celebration, family gathering, afternoon tea, or any time you need a crowd‑pleaser.
What’s in the box?
You tell me how many of each flavour, or let me surprise you. My standard assortment includes:
Vanilla – classic vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream, rainbow sprinkles.
Chocolate – rich chocolate sponge, chocolate buttercream, chocolate shavings.
Red velvet – deep red sponge, tangy cream cheese frosting, a tiny red heart.
Strawberry – (seasonal) vanilla sponge with fresh strawberry pieces, pink buttercream.
Cookies & cream – vanilla sponge with crushed Oreos, cookies & cream buttercream.
You can also swap in lemon, carrot cake, or coconut – just ask.

Can I customise the assortment?
Yes. Tell me how many of each flavour, and I’ll make it happen. Minimum 2 per flavour for a 6‑box, 3 per flavour for a 12‑box.
Can I add a message on the box?
I can attach a little tag – “Happy Birthday”, “Thank You”, “Enjoy” – just tell me.
Can I get gluten‑free or vegan?
Yes, but let me know in advance – I need a few days to source ingredients.
How much notice?
A few days is fine. For large orders (24+), give me a week. Order online or message me – I’ll be honest.
Collection or delivery?
Collect from our Bromley shop or get local delivery to Downham, Grove Park, Sydenham, Catford, Bellingham – all within easy reach.
One thing to mention…
The assortment varies by season – I use fresh strawberries in summer, for example. If you have a specific request, just tell me. Best eaten within 2‑3 days.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
