Right so you know the full Ferrero Rocher cake? The fancy one with the gold wrappers and the hazelnuts and all that? The one that makes people go "ooft that looks expensive"?
Yeah. We put all that in a cupcake.
Someone ordered the big cake for a party once.
Loved it. But said it was a nightmare to slice and serve when everyone was standing up with drinks and stuff. Asked if I could do something smaller. Something people could just grab and eat without plates and forks and all that faff.
So I did. And honestly? They might be even better than the big one. Perfect amount. No sharing required. Every person gets their own little fancy moment.
Here's what you're getting.
Chocolate sponge first. Dark. Damp. Proper chocolate taste. Not messing about. Baked in a nice tall case so there's plenty of room for toppings.
Then we soak it. Just a tiny bit. With something hazelnutty. Keeps it moist and adds that extra layer of flavour.
Then the good bit.
We core out a little hole in the middle. Not massive. Just enough. And we stuff it. With a whole hazelnut. Toasted first because toasting brings out the flavour. Then a little squirt of something chocolate hazelnut. Then we plug it back up with sponge.
Then the buttercream. Hazelnut buttercream. Real nuts in there. Ground up and mixed through so every bite has that nutty taste. Not artificial. Not like those syrups that taste of chemicals. Actual nuts.
Then on top we go all out.
More hazelnut buttercream. Piped in a nice swirl. Then a proper Ferrero Rocher chocolate right on top. The real thing. Gold wrapper removed obviously. Then a drizzle of chocolate. A sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts. Maybe a little gold dust if I'm feeling fancy.
Looks proper luxurious honestly. Like something triple the price.
Who's buying these?
People having parties. So much easier than slicing a big cake.
Wedding guests. Seen these on dessert tables. Works perfectly.
Honestly? Anyone who wants to feel a bit fancy without committing to a whole cake.
Chocolate and hazelnut lovers. Obviously.

If you're in Bromley you can order them online and come collect. Or if you want them delivered local just drop us a message. Give me a couple days notice if you need a lot because they're all made fresh and hand finished. Each one takes a minute.
One thing I should mention. The Ferrero on top might fall off in transport. Happens sometimes. They're just sitting there. Not glued on. If you're travelling far I can put them in a little separate bag and you can add them yourself when you get there. Just ask.
Also they're rich. Like properly rich. One is probably enough. Probably. No promises though.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
