Here's what you're getting.
Chocolate sponge first. Dark. Damp. Proper chocolate taste. Not that pale brown sadness that claims to be chocolate but lies. Then we soak it. Just a tiny bit. Keeps everything moist.
Then the hazelnut buttercream. This bit's important. Real hazelnuts in there. Toasted first because toasting brings out the flavour. Ground up and mixed through so every bite has that nutty taste. Not artificial. Not like those syrups that taste of chemicals. Actual nuts.
Between the layers? Chopped hazelnuts. Gives you that little crunch. The thing Ferrero Rocher is famous for.
On top we go all out.
Smooth hazelnut buttercream. Then a proper Ferrero Rocher chocolate right in the middle. The real thing. Gold wrapper removed obviously. Then a drizzle of chocolate. A sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts. Maybe a little gold dust if I'm feeling fancy.
Looks proper luxurious honestly. Like something triple the price.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
