Right. This one’s for the Frozen fans – the ones who still sing “Let It Go” at full volume.
You know the look: icy blue, sparkling snowflakes, a touch of silver glitter, and a tower of cake that looks like it came straight from Arendelle. This is Elsa’s cake. A two‑tier (or three) tower covered in pale blue buttercream, with snowflake sprinkles, edible pearls, and a cascade of silver stars. It’s elegant, it’s magical, and it’s the perfect centrepiece for a Frozen‑loving little one’s birthday.
Someone asked me a while back: “can you make an Elsa tower cake for my daughter’s 5th birthday? She wants ice blue, sparkles, and a snowflake on top. We’re in Downham.”
I said yeah, course. I made a two‑tier vanilla cake, covered it in icy blue buttercream, added a snowflake topper, and dusted it with edible glitter. She gasped and said “it’s like Elsa made it herself.” That’s a win.
So here it is: Elsa Tower Cake – available for delivery and collection across Bromley, Downham, Grove Park, Sydenham, Catford & Bellingham.
It’s a two‑tier tower cake (or three – just ask). Feeds 10–20 people depending on size. Perfect for a Frozen themed birthday, kids party, winter celebration, or any little one who dreams of having ice powers.
What’s in it?
Sponge – vanilla, lemon, or coconut. Vanilla is the classic, but lemon is zesty and bright – Elsa would approve. Coconut gives a snowy, tropical feel.
Frosting – icy blue buttercream. Pale blue, like a winter sky. Smooth and sparkly (I can add edible glitter if you want).
The Elsa bits – silver snowflake sprinkles, a snowflake topper (fondant or piped), and a cascade of edible pearls and stars down the side.
The tower – two or three tiers stacked tall. You can add a little “Let It Go” or “Elsa” on the side in silver icing.
The details – a dusting of edible glitter, a few silver dragees, and maybe a tiny fondant Olaf peeking out from the bottom tier if you want.
It’s the cake that makes every little girl feel like a Snow Queen. And it’s delicious – because even queens need cake.
Who buys this?
Frozen themed birthday cake – for 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th birthdays – peak Frozen age.
Kids party cake – icy blue and sparkly, very popular.
Winter birthday cake – for December or January birthdays.
First birthday – can do a smaller smash cake with a snowflake topper.
Just because – you want to make a little one’s day magical.
Honestly? Anyone who’s ever watched Frozen and wished they could build a snowman with Olaf.
Can I get a different character on the cake?
I can add a tiny Olaf (snowman), Anna (in purple/green), or even Sven (the reindeer). Just tell me. Elsa is the main star, but I can do a Frozen ensemble.
Can I add a name or age?
Course. “Happy 5th Birthday Elsie”, “Elsa’s Party”, “Let It Go” – I’ll pipe it in silver or white.
Can I get a hidden sparkle inside?
I can add a layer of blue sprinkles between the tiers, or even a hidden blue sponge inside (like a surprise). Just ask.
How much notice?
Few days if you want simple. A week is better for a tower cake. Order online or message me – I’ll be honest.
Collection or delivery?
Collect from our Bromley shop or get local delivery to Downham, Grove Park, Sydenham, Catford, Bellingham – all within easy reach.
One thing to mention…
The blue colour is made with food gel – no weird taste. The edible glitter is safe – not craft glitter. The snowflake topper is fondant – edible but a bit hard; most kids want to keep it as a keepsake. Also, if you want a doll on top (an actual Elsa figurine), you’ll need to provide it – I can’t supply copyrighted toys, but I can make a space for it.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
