Right. This one’s for the people who love chocolate but also want a bit of freshness – the best of both worlds.
A heart‑shaped cake (because love and chocolate and fruit belong together). A rich, dark chocolate sponge – our proper one, deep and moist – layered with a silky chocolate ganache and a generous layer of fresh raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries. Then I cover the whole thing in a smooth chocolate buttercream and pile even more fresh berries on top. It’s decadent, it’s fruity, and it’s the perfect balance of rich and fresh.
Someone asked me a while back: “can you make a chocolate cake with fresh berries for my mum’s birthday? She loves chocolate but also loves fruit. And a heart shape, please. We’re in Grove Park.”
I said yeah, course. I made a dark chocolate heart cake, filled it with chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries, and piled strawberries on top. She said it was the best of both worlds. That’s a win.

It’s a heart‑shaped cake, about 7 inches. Feeds 6–10 people. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, birthdays, Mother’s Day, or any time you want a cake that’s both indulgent and fresh.
What’s in it?
Sponge – rich dark chocolate. Our proper one. Deep, moist, proper chocolate taste. I can also do milk chocolate if you prefer – just ask.
Filling – a layer of dark chocolate ganache and a generous handful of fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries, and blueberries tucked in.
Frosting – smooth chocolate buttercream or a glossy chocolate ganache – you choose.
The fruit – a pile of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries on top, plus a few tucked around the sides.
The heart shape – hand‑cut, so it’s a proper heart, not a factory perfect one.
The look – a dark chocolate heart, studded with bright red and blue berries. It’s dramatic, romantic, and very, very tempting.
It’s the cake for people who think chocolate cake is great, but chocolate cake with fresh fruit is even better.

Few days if you can. I need fresh berries. Order online or message me – I’ll be honest.

One thing to mention…
The fresh berries on top are best eaten the same day – they can go soft. The chocolate ganache is rich – a small slice is plenty. The heart shape is hand‑cut – it won’t be perfectly symmetrical. That’s the charm.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
