Whatever the reason. Slices are here and honestly they're a bit dangerous.

Vanilla sponge first. Nice and light. Nothing too heavy because the rest of it's doing quite a lot. Then the Biscoff spread. Thick layer. The smooth stuff. Straight from the jar. Not mixed with anything because why would you.
Then the Biscoff buttercream. This bit's the magic. Buttercream with actual Lotus Biscoff spread beaten through it. All that caramel biscuit flavour in every bite. Then more sponge. More spread. More buttercream.

One thing I should mention. It's sweet. Like properly sweet. If you're someone who finds caramel things a bit much maybe share it with someone. Or have it with a black coffee. That works perfectly actually. The coffee cuts through the sweetness.
Also the crushed biscuits on top might soften after a day.
Still taste fine. Just not as crunchy. Best eaten same day honestly. Not that it'll last that long.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
