So I made a vanilla cupcake, then hid a ball of edible chocolate chip cookie dough right in the centre. It’s a cupcake that tastes like a chocolate chip cookie had a delicious makeover.
Someone asked me a while back: “can you make cupcakes that taste like chocolate chip cookies? My kids can’t decide between cake and biscuits. We’re in Catford.”
I said yeah, course. I made vanilla cupcakes, put a ball of safe‑to‑eat cookie dough in the middle, and topped them with cookie buttercream and a mini cookie. They ate the cookie first, then the cupcake. That’s a win.

What’s in them?
The sponge – light vanilla. I can also do a chocolate base if you want a double‑chocolate cookie experience – just ask.
The filling – a hidden ball of edible chocolate chip cookie dough in the centre (no eggs, heat‑treated flour – safe to eat raw). When you bite in, you get that soft, sweet, cookie‑dough surprise.
The frosting – cookie‑infused buttercream – vanilla buttercream with finely crushed chocolate chip cookies mixed in. It’s speckled and sweet.
The topping – a mini chocolate chip cookie (homemade, soft or crisp – you choose) perched on top, plus a sprinkle of cookie crumbs and a drizzle of melted chocolate.

One thing to mention…
The cookie dough centre is safe to eat raw – no eggs, heat‑treated flour. The mini cookie on top is real – it can soften over time, but still tastes great. Best eaten within 2‑3 days. Keep them in a cool place.

Product Life After Purchase
Our fresh cream cakes have a fridge shelf life of 24 hours and should be consumed within this time. For best results, place the cake in the refrigerator within 45 minutes (maximum 2 hours) of purchase and store at a temperature between 2°C and 5°C.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time. Refunds are also not provided for failed deliveries or cakes that remain uncollected for any reason.

The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.
