Lots of people ask. Sounds fancy doesn't it. French and everything. But really it's just chocolate and cream melted together slowly until they fall in love and become this glossy silky thing that's better than either of them separately.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSome places do a thin layer on top and call it a day. Not us. Pretty standard but done right. Damp. Dark. Tastes of chocolate not just sugar. Then we soak it. Just a bit. Dripping down the sides if you're into that look which I am. We use good chocolate. Not cheap cooking chocolate.
