But said it was a nightmare to slice and serve when everyone was standing up with drinks and stuff. Asked if I could do something smaller. And honestly? They might be even better than the big one. Perfect amount. No sharing required. Dark. Damp. Proper chocolate taste. Not messing about. With something hazelnutty. Not massive. Just enough. And we stuff it. With a whole hazelnut. Toasted first because toasting brings out the flavour. Then a little squirt of something chocolate hazelnut. Then we plug it back up with sponge.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThen the buttercream. Hazelnut buttercream. Real nuts in there. Ground up and mixed through so every bite has that nutty taste. Not artificial. Not like those syrups that taste of chemicals.
